Pine Sol® Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION:

The Pine Sol® Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on July 11, 2011 and end on January 1, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”) unless otherwise terminated earlier or extended at the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities (defined below).  This Sweepstakes will be conducted exclusively online through the Yolanda Adams Morning Show official website.  Twenty (20) cash prizes in the amount of $100 each will be awarded.  One (1) grand prize winner will be awarded a trip for two (2) on board the 2012 One Love Gospel Cruise.

HOW TO ENTER:

Listeners of The Yolanda Adams Morning Show (also “Morning Show”) on affiliate stations including, but not limited to WLIB-AM, KHVN-AM, KROI-AM, WPZE-AM, WPPZ-FM, WPRS-FM, KURS-AM, KATZ-AM, WPZS-AM, KRJY-AM, WDBZ-AM, WJMO-AM, WOKB-AM, WJYD-AM, WTLC-AM, WXWZ-FM, WNNL-FM, WLOK-AM, WPZZ-FM, WPRF-FM, WGFE-FM, WXOK-AM, WTUA-AM, WGLT-FM, WFMV-FM, WLJI-FM, WGOK-AM-WNOO-AM, WTHB-FM, WOAD-AM, WOAD-FM, WSSJ-FM, WLMC-AM, WEAM-FM, WEED-AM, WPDT-FM, WAJV-FM, WYHL-FM, WSPX-FM, and WNEV-FM (the “Participating Stations”) who are legal residents of the continental U.S. (excluding Rhode Island), and are twenty-one (21) years of age and older at the time of entry will be able to take part in this Sweepstakes.  To participate in the Sweepstake, participants must do the following:

Click on the designated Sweepstakes ad on The Yolanda Adams Morning Show website, at http://www.theyolandaadamsmorningshow.com, and register for the Sweepstakes.

Upon entering the Sweepstakes website, participants are to follow the on-screen instructions, including entering their name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, and any optional or additional contact information, as requested, to register for a chance to win.

Twenty (20) cash prizes in the amount of $100 each will be awarded as follows:  one (1) cash prize will be awarded every other week, starting the week of July 11, 2011 and continuing through the week of September 19, 2011.  One (1) cash prize of $100 will be awarded every week, beginning the week of September 26, 2011 and continuing through the week of December 26, 2011.  Cash prize winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received electronically and will automatically qualify for a chance to win the grand prize.  Entrants may only win one (1) cash prize during the Sweepstakes Period.

One (1) grand prize winner will be selected by random drawing from among all participants that qualified by winning a cash prize during the Sweepstakes Period.

All Internet entries must be received by 11:59pm CST on Sundays to be qualified for the upcoming week’s cash giveaway.  Entries received after 11:59pm CST on Sundays will be entered into the drawing for the next cash giveaway week.  All entries received by 11:59pm CST on January 1, 2012 will be eligible for a chance to win a cash prize and the grand prize.  Any entry received after the January 1, 2012 deadline will be void.

One entry per person per day, per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.  Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any unauthorized entries,

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a participant’s online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized holder of the e-mail account at the time the entry was made.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding Rhode Island) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of Sweepstakes registration.

Employees of The Yolanda Adams Morning Show, the Participating Stations, Syndication One, Radio One Inc. (“Radio One”), Reach Media, Inc (collectively, “Sponsor”)., Dial Global Communications, Pine Sol®, The Clorox Company (“Clorox”), and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliated companies, officers, directors, advertisers, general sponsors, promotional partners, parent companies (together with Sponsor, collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”), members of the immediate families (defined as spouse, parent, grandparent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses regardless of where they reside), and those living in the same households (whether or not related) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate or win in this Sweepstakes.

Winner and guest must each possess required travel documents (e.g. valid passport and government-issued photo I.D.) prior to departure and must travel on the same itinerary.  Travel guest of grand prize winner must also be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the U.S.  Travel guest will be required to sign and submit all requested release forms along with the grand prize winner.

Persons who have won a prize in another sweepstakes or promotion of any kind from the Yolanda Adams Morning Show within the thirty-day (30) period immediately preceding the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.  Only one person per family / household (whether related or not) may win in any promotion on the Yolanda Adams Morning Show during any thirty (30) day period.

Participants agree to abide with any applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.

PRIZES:

If for any reason a Sweepstakes winner provides notice that he or she has decided not to accept an awarded prize, the winner will be required to sign a release form acknowledging forfeiture of the prize.  It will be at the discretion of Sponsor if another entrant is to be selected as the winner if time permits.

Weekly prize package will include the following:

One Hundred Dollars ($100) in the form of a check

Grand prize package will include the following:

One (1) double occupancy cabin for two (2) on board the One Love Gospel Cruise 2012.

Round trip coach airfare for two (2) from a major airport nearest the winner’s residence to the port city of cruise departure.  Passports for both the winner and guest will be required.

Meals, excluding private restaurants, on board the ship are included.  Meals away from the ship, alcoholic beverages, off-ship excursions, taxes, laundry service, souvenirs, incidentals, gratuities, ground transportation, and all other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the responsibility of the winner and his or her guest.

Winner must be able to travel and attend the One Love Gospel Cruise 2012 on the designated days as directed by the Sponsor.

Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for providing any substitute trips or travel arrangements in the event of winner and / or guest’s own failure to arrive in a timely manner for departure on the cruise or other travel itineraries.

No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Radio One management in its sole discretion.

All Sweepstakes winners must sign and date official release and waiver forms as requested.  Failure to do so will result in the winner’s forfeiture of the prize.

All cash prizes won will be awarded in the form of a check.  Cash winners will be mailed their prize check.

Prizes will be awarded only upon winner verification and final approval by Radio One management.  Each winner or selected entrant will be notified by email, mail and/or phone within ten (10) days after being selected (e.g., date of drawing).  Each winner or selected entrant will then have two (2) days to respond with their information.  Winners must provide valid identification (i.e. via driver’s license, passport or other government-issued photo I.D.) to claim their prize.  If the winner or selected entrant is unable to be contacted for two (2) days from first attempt at contact, fails to claim a prize or fails to return completed and executed release forms and affidavits, if applicable and as required, or if the prize notification or prize is returned undeliverable, that prize will be forfeited and if time permits, at the discretion of the Sweepstakes sponsor, an alternate entrant will be selected as the winner by random drawing from among the remaining entries.

Grand Prize Winner must provide valid identification (i.e. driver’s license, passport or other government-issued photo I.D.) to claim prize.

Sponsor will have no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury of any kind resulting from or in connection with acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

EXECUTION:

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants will be encouraged to take part in the Sweepstakes by visiting the Morning Show website at  HYPERLINK “http://www.theyolandaadamsmorningshow.com” http://www.theyolandaadamsmorningshow.com and registering for the Sweepstakes.  After completing the registration process, qualified entrants will be eligible for a chance to win the weekly cash prizes and the grand prize.

Twenty (20) cash prize winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received electronically.  Cash winners will automatically qualify for a chance to win the grand prize.

The grand prize drawing will take place on or before January 5, 2012.  The winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible participants that qualified by winning a cash prize during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone and provided with instructions for claiming the prize.

All decisions made by Sponsor regarding any aspect of this Sweepstakes are final.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the receipt of the prize (prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged).

Any person winning over $600.00 in prizes will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year for tax purposes and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS as required by law.

No purchase necessary.  Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.  Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entrants participating during the Sweepstakes Period.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Sweepstakes, in any media now known or hereafter devised for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation, and must sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.  By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes sponsor which shall be final and binding in all aspects relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor retains the right to disqualify any entrant if all Sweepstakes rules are not followed.

So long as no participant is materially adversely affected, Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion at any time without notice, which will become effective upon being announced on the air and / or posted online.  In the event any Winner is found to be in violation of these Official Rules or is otherwise determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion to be ineligible, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse the Sponsor for the stated value of a prize if such a violation is found after the prize has been used by Winner.

All Sweepstakes winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize.  Pursuant to the liability release, the winner or winners will agree to hold the Yolanda Adams Morning Show, the Participating Stations, Syndication One, Radio One, Reach Media Inc, Dial Global Communications, Pine Sol®, Clorox, any other Sweepstakes parties and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of the foregoing, harmless against any and all claims or liability, directly or indirectly related to or arising from or in connection with Sweepstakes participation or the acceptance, possession or use / misuse of any awarded prize or any portion thereof, or participation in prize-related activities, including but not limited to any related travel.

By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Sponsor has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or to any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

Dates and times of concerts, events, and trips promoted by Sweepstakes sponsors are subject to change and those changes are deemed to be beyond the control of Radio One.  Changes of venue, cancellation of engagements by performing artists, and/or their management may be permanent in nature.   The Sweepstakes Entities are not obligated to make any effort to find an alternative prize under these circumstances.

The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for the inability of any entrant to complete or continue an internet registration due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, including any injury or damage to any computer arising from or relating to participation in this Promotion.  Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification.  In addition, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mutilated, illegible or incomplete sweepstakes entries.  No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted.  Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.  Once submitted, entries become the property of Radio One and will not be returned.

If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, fraud, acts of God, strikes, terrorists acts, criminal acts of third parties, an insufficient number of qualified Sweepstakes entries, or any other causes beyond the Sweepstakes Entities’ control which, in the Sweepstakes Entities’ sole opinion, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion.  If for any reason a portion or whole prize cannot be awarded, the Sponsor deserves the right to award a prize of equal of greater value.

The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment associated with  or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and assume no responsibility for error omission, interruption, defect, failure, malfunction or delay in operation or transmission, or for any damage to  participants phone, cell phone, mobile device, computer, hardware, software, or any other device, or for theft or destruction, tampering or unauthorized access to entry information, or for entries which are misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete or, inaudible, disconnected or any combination thereof) or for preemption or cancellation of the radio program, or for technical, network, typographical, human or other errors or problems relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in the connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of prizes of in any  Sweepstakes -related materials.  IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUR OF ANY ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or defraud the Sweepstakes Entities in any way will result in dequalification of entrant, and may be in violation of criminal and civil laws.  Should such an attempt be made, The Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
