Well, the Super Bowl was last night. The Ravens beat the 49ers. I thought it was a pretty good game. But let’s talk about the commercials! There didn’t seem to be too many incredibly awesome/ totally hilarious commercials as in years past, but there were some good ones. Here are my picks (in no particular order):
Tide- Miracle Stain
As a fan of Joe Montana, this one personally touched me. This basically echoes my life back when I was in high school. Not the fame & fortune part… but the stained clothes.
Oreo- Whisper Fight
This might be my favorite commercial of the evening. I love how everyone continues to whisper because they’re in a library. Good job Oreo.
Budweiser- Brotherhood
Yes, I’m almost 40 years old. And yes, I teared up watching this commercial. So what?
Ram Trucks- Farmer
Very powerful.
Doritos- Goat 4 Sale
The thing that makes this commercial for me wasn’t the fact that the goat loves Doritos. It was the surprised scream he lets out when he realizes he’s been betrayed.
