Jennifer Hudson is an Academy Award and Grammy winning multi-talented performer who rose to fame after becoming a finalist on “American Idol.” Even though she is a respected singer and actress, Jennifer Hudson is very well known for simply being herself as a Weight Watchers spokesperson. Surrounded by music since birth, Jacob Latimore’s father and uncles make up the inspirational quartet The Latimore Brothers. He has released two singles “Like ‘Em All” and “Nothing On Me” along with a mixtape “This Is Me” which gained him a nomination for BET’s “YoungStars Awards.” Aside from “Black Nativity” he will be starring in “The Maze Runner” in 2014, accompanied by many other young talents. Jacob’s clearly making moves, so Michael B. Jordan move over!
Forest Whitaker is an Academy Award Winner for his depiction of Idi Amin in “The Last King of Scotland.” But he previously had created a prolific acting career for himself, with roles in films like “Platoon,” “Bird,” “Ready to Wear” and “Ghost Dog.” Whitaker’s also a producer and director who recently starred Lee Daniel’s “The Butler”, we can’t wait to see what he brings to this film.
Angela Bassett attended the Yale School of Drama and went on to star in the Tina Turner biopic “What’s Love Got to Do With It,” for which the actress received an Academy Award nomination and a Golden Globe Award.
